The Emerging Light Foundation ("ELF") is committed to enhancing the quality of the lives of children and families by providing them with love, support, education, and mentorship through real relationships that give individuals the tools necessary to succeed! ELF is an entirely volunteer managed and operated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We partner with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and your local communities, schools, and churches to serve and empower youth through love, hope, education, empowerment, and faith.
